PDD - Import Results (CSV)

  1. Open the Excel File
  2. Press Ctrl A (to select all)
  3. Press Ctrl H (to replace)
  4. Replace all commas with nothing
  5. Replace all apostrophes / quotation marks with nothing
  6. If the excel file contains a User Company column then delete this column.
  7. File > Save As > Change type to CSV (Comma delimited) > Save
    Note: Make sure not to choose UTF-8, Mactintosh or MS-DOS CSV file options.
  8. From the home page, click on PDD Management
  9. Under Add Data, click on Browse > Select File > Import CSV
