Signaller 1: Swap Rostered Leave Request

1. Go to the Leave page
2. Scroll to the

   Swap Rostered Leave

   section
3. Choose the Signaller that you would like to swap with
4. Choose what leave you would like to swap
5. Click on
   Swap Rostered Leave
Notes:
• A notification will be sent to the Signaller you would like to swap with. If they accept then the request is sent to Rosters. If they refuse then you will be notified.
• You can only swap with Signallers in your link
• You cannot swap with a vacant line
• You can only swap the same season (Signaller 1 cannot swap their Spring leave with Signaller 2s Winter leave)
• Leave cannot have already started or be in the past
• If either Signaller has requested to cancel any part of the leave then the swap cannot occur
• If either Signaller has an open request for that leave with a 3rd signaller then the swap cannot occur until that request is closed
