View your Leave Log

  1. Go to the Leave Log page
  2. A new leave request will be blue
    An updated leave requesy will be green
    Leave in the past will be grey
    If you have requested to cancel an of the leave then you will see a red border
    Acknowledged leave will be white
    Notes:
    • The leave can be filtered by the search options above the table
    • The number of booked shifts does not take into consideration if you have cancelled any leave. This is up to you to manage and has been added as a guide only
    • The completed (%) status stated how much of that leave has a status of Approved, SNA, BHNA, Declined, Cancelled. This does not count Pending or Noted
    • Table in in date order (actual dates - not the order in which requested)
  3. Click on a Leave ID for more information
  4. Notes:
    • This will show which Roster Clerk has updated your leave request, what the leave status was changed to and when it was updated
    • This will show what dates you have requested to cancel
